One 4 weekly charge covers all outgoings including water, broadband, power* and communal area cleaning. All with just a rolling commitment of only 3 months,  so should your circumstances change you are free to move on.

There will be 7 to 8 units in total when complete. All units are located on the ground floor with good accessibility, and are light and modern in appearance. You will be able to work distraction free in a warm quiet environment with good visibility for your business from passing traffic and pedestrians with free parking nearby. 

Included is a communal sitting waiting area for tenants to use for breaks or informal meetings and makes a pleasant environment to have the option to work alongside other small businesses owners such as yours if you wish to.

A Standard unit is 3mx3m square, constructed with additional soundproofing and insulation in the walls to ensure you get a warm quiet space to work. They come with an  RJ45 faceplate for a broadband connection for you to connect to either physically or via a wireless link to a fibre broadband connection. 3 double power sockets are installed in each unit and good quality led lighting.

A door entry phone to allow you to let in clients or visitors to your business.  One glazed wall and door allows a light working environment. This glazing could be fully or partially obscured for privacy if required  depending on your requirements.
